Eligibility and Adult Agreement
Yallo is exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the platform, you affirm and warrant that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Minors are strictly prohibited from utilizing the service.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Yallo solely for lawful personal communication. You agree not to transmit illegal content, spam, harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit material, nor attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Peer-to-Peer Communication and No Warranty
Yallo provides an unmoderated peer-to-peer medium using W3C WebRTC technology. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You communicate with strangers at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Yallo, its creator Moor, or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from interactions between users.
