Why am I waiting?
Random chat requires another available visitor in the same mode. For Connect by number, both people must enter exactly the same number and select the same mode. Try again if the search expires.
My camera will not start
Allow camera and microphone access in browser settings. Close other tabs or apps using the camera, then retry. Check that the correct device is selected and connected. Text chat is available without media access.
Why is there no sound?
Check system volume, your selected output device and microphone permissions. Make sure the call is not muted. If the browser shows a button to enable audio, tap it.
Why are some buttons unavailable?
Controls depend on the current conversation state. Messages need an active conversation. Attachments and voice messages need the file connection to be ready. Wait for the connection or reconnect.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. Use a current browser and allow requested media permissions. Rotating the phone, browser bars and the on-screen keyboard can change the available space. Conversation controls remain within the chat interface.
Is a connection number private?
A number is a shared meeting code, not a private invitation or verified identity. Someone using the same number and mode may match with you. Avoid sensitive details and confirm who you are speaking to independently.
